You have to be uncomfortable to leave the comfort zone. If you can learn some things to be uncomfortable then you can be uncomfortable in any area of life, you can get out of the comfort zone. Breaking comfort zone on some things your mind will understand you can break comfort zone on anything.

Comfort zone is a place where you feel comfortable and you can’t push your limits and boundaries too much because you feel comfortable. Some people think that comfort zone is all about comfort. Some people can’t get out of the comfort zone just because of comfort. Again, some people cannot get out of the comfort zone just because of fear. 1. Learn to take decisions fast

You need to learn to make decisions quickly. Start deciding small things in two to five minutes. Like, which cloth to take when buying clothes? What color cloth to take? Eat at a hotel, what to eat? Wear any dress? Etc. Many people spend a lot of time making small decisions and can’t make the right decision at the right time. If you start making early decisions on small things, your brain will get a pattern or realize that you can make quick decisions. If you start taking small decisions fast, you will be able to make gradually big decisions fast. This way you can get out of the comfort zone.

If you can learn to make fast decisions, you can break the comfort zone, be able to increase self-confidence and your mental strength will increase. So, think less and get into the habit of making fast decisions.

2. Learn to understand mind and body connection

Your mind and body are very much connected to each other. When you have no peace of mind, there is worry, there is tension, then your body becomes dull. Again when the mind ig good, the mind has positive energy then the body becomes energetic. So, you have to look at your comfort zone from the side of body and from the side of mind. You need to see which is the comfort zone,  physiological or psychological.

You learn something new all the time. Like, learn to speak different languages, learn a new skill, learn to swim, learn to drive, learn public speaking etc. Learn something new about the work you do. If you exercise for 30 minutes every day, exercise 5 minutes more every day in its place. Socialize and Interact with people who are one level above you. This way you can to break the comfort zone. You will get amazing results in life, if you do what you are doing or learning in life on one level up every day.

5. Unused leave things

Get rid of things that you have not used in two or three years. There are many clothes in the wardrobe that you have not used in two to three years. There are many files on the laptop that you have not seen in two to three years. There are many pictures on your mobile that you have not seen in two or three years. Get rid of clutter you don’t need. If you have any such old memories in your mind, leave them out. Just taking space in your life is nothing more.

Mind will feel uncomfortable when you give up unused things. The mind wants to keep everything for reference. You can get out of the comfort zone when you make an uncomfortable decision. You can also break comfort zone in other parts of life

6. Fear of the unknown

Every human being is afraid of unknown at some point. Some people can overcome the fear of the unknown and move forward in life. And some people can’t overcome the fear of the unknown, fall behind in life.

Unknown fear is a fear that you know nothing about. Like, many people cannot talk to strangers. This is because they think “when I speak how will he respond? How will be react?  What will judge?  What will be the reaction? Etc.”  For this reasons, many people cannot talk to strangers.

If you want to get rid of fear, you have to go out of comfort zone.  The field in which you are working or the field in which you have fear you collect information about that, develop skills related to that field, gain knowledge related to that field, talk to people who are working in that field and spend time with them. Your fear will go away when you observe everything. Then you will feel comfortable in that field.

Make known by collecting information and gathering knowledge in that field. There will be no fear about the people you know or the field you know. You can be comfortable.

When you begin to feel comfortable with small things, you will automatically begin to feel comfortable in big areas of your life. Fear of failure and fear of rejection some people cannot go out of comfort zone. Many people do nothing for fear of failure and rejection falling behind in life. Many people think so “what will people say if they fail? What will people reject? How people will respond?
