Ballerina Farm’s Hannah Neeleman has announced that she has moved her entire family of 10 to Ireland for an adventure that consists of learning how to turn organic ingredients into five-star culinary dishes.
Neeleman made the announcement back on January 8th, saying that she is making the move for a “very big adventure” while adding; “We will be away for some time which means there has been a lot of packing and organizing to keep things running at the farm while we’re away.”

The Ballymaloe Cookery School, which is located on an organic farm spanning around 100 acres, offers a 12-week course for students to learn about the “fundamental understanding of food and how it is produced sustainably.”
The move is short term, expected to last several months, before the family returns to their 328-acre farm in Utah.
